PLEASE NOTE: Coaching services are different from licensed therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Therapy and counseling are often covered by insurance companies; however, coaching is not.
A payment of $25 is due before each session, which is often less than your regular co-pay amount when insurance is billed.

6 weeks of individual 30-minute sessions each week
